Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Education and Training Services, which include curriculum maintenance, curriculum development, and instruction to support the Naval Technical Training Center, Corry Station, Pensacola, FL. Services will be required for the following courses: Shipboard Gauge Calibration Program Standard Maintenance, Oxygen Equipment Cleaning and Calibration, Electronic Technology, Cryptologic Technician Maintenance, Advanced Electronic Technology, Instructor Training, and Curriculum Development Services. It is intended that solicitation N00140-01-R-1634 will be set-aside for exclusive participation by Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs). The resultant solicitation shall include a one-year base period of performance, and contain provisions for four (4) additional, consecutive, twelve (12) month option periods. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract, with incentive provisions, will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 611310 and $5M, respectively.
