Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing office space which must yield a minimum of 505 BOMA usable square feet for personnel, furnishing, and equipment plus 1 secured parking space. The location of the space should be within the Central Business District of El Paso, TX. The space is to be occupied by the United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General. This space should be contiguous space on one single floor. Regularly scheduled (throughout the day) public transportation must be available with 600 feet (or 2 blocks, whichever is less) of the office building entrance. Lease term: 5 years, 3 years firm with occupancy no later than September 1, 2001. Expressions of interest should include: Bldg. name and address; Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot; Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; Common area factor for available space; Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent owner. Expressions of interest are due no later than May 17, 2001.
