Description

This project consists of 3" asphalt paving, 8" ABC placement, 4000 PSI colored concrete for pathways and slabs, 1" PVC waterline, rock placement, hydrants, exposed concrete aggregate, cooking grills, vault type toilets (SST), removal of existing structures, one new amphitheater, restoring gates and 2 Ramada's (bid option item). The project is located on the Kaibab National Forest and can be reached by traveling southwest from Fredonia, AZ on Highway alt 89 to the junction of Highway 67. The contract time is 120 days. Price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. Bid guarantee required.
