- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to furnish and place 4-inches of compacted aggregate surfacing on the Billy Creek Road. Work includes placing 8-inches of aggregate surfacing on building pads at Petrified Tree and Outlaw Cave Recreation Sites. Work is located in Johnson County, WY. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
