- This modification of a previous solicitation notice changes the quantity of the Power Supplies IAW Elma Drawing E1910576 from 5 each to 14 each. It remains the intent of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport to procure this item on a sole source basis from Elma Electronics. Note 22 applies.
