Description

Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 333319 (SIC Code 3589). The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to procure Russian safety and support equipment for the Russian Ministry of Defense (MOD) 12th Main Directorate. To establish these objectives, DTRA intends to solicit a contract using full and open competition to fully qualified vendors. Only eligible contractors who can demonstrate the following capabilities may apply: demonstrated procurement of at least $5 Million dollars in Russian support equipment over the past 18-months, demonstration of in-place staff for immediate execution of the equipment procurement upon award, demonstrated working relationship with MOD 12th Main Directorate, and demonstrated capability of in-place contracts with Russian subcontractors within the past 18-months. Contract will have a one-year basic ordering period with no option periods. Contract will provide for safety and security equipment to support multiple locations in Russia as specified by MOD 12th main Directorate as part of DTRA's overall physical security program. All responsible sources who meet the qualifications may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
