Description

The U.S. Army Soldier Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM) has a requirement to procure Miniature Flow Cytometers (Mini-FCM) for integration into the Biological Integrated Detections Systems (BIDS). The Mini-FCM integrates all system functions to include instrument control and data acquisition and analysis into a single modular unit capable of stand-alone operation. Items must be procured and integrated into the BIDS for fielding prior to September 2003. It is the Government's intent to negotiate with Bodhi Scientific, 25 Ross Way, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3HU, United Kingdom, for the purchase of these items. The resulting contract will be issued under FAR Part 12. See Note 12 and Note 22 amended to reflect 15 days.
