Description

USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires services to construct a one-half scale brick masonry unit (BMU) model building for use in experimental seismic testing on the ERDC-CERL Triaxial Earthquake and Shock Simulator (TESS). Construction of the scale model must be performed on-site at ERDC-CERL, Champaign, Illinois. Period of service will be no later than 30 July 2001. Request for Quotation (RFQ) DACA42-01-T0086 will be issued on or about 4 May 2001 with a closing date of 18 May 2001. This request for service is 100% set-aside for Small Business, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order.
