- Description
- A -- The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center -- Washington intends to enter into a sole source contract with Idatech, Bend, Oregon to lease a 1kW PEM Fuel Cell APU Model #X04-0302-01-01. This unit will be used to test the operating characteristics of a man-portable power system. The period of performance will be a 12-month lease with an option for an additional 12 months. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See Note 22.
