Description

It is the intent of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), New Mexico Albuquerque Field Office to enter into a sole source procurement with Ken Bishop Enterprises, Bosque Farms, New Mexico to conduct Rangeland Health Qualitative Assessments. Ken Bishop Enterprises is the only known source who is performing Rangeland Health Qualitative Assessments of this type. This is a continuing study of grazing permit renewals on existing grazing allotments in New Mexico. This will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please contact the Contracting Officer identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate any concerns about this acquisition.
