Description

Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Schedule and Unscheduled Maintenance and Repair on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Jacksonville NAS and Mayport NS Commissaries Florida in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 15, 2001 through April 30, 2002, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2003. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about April 26, 2001 with a tentative closing date of May 8, 2001. The anticipated award date will be May 15, 2001. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million.
