- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to increase the visibility of the expertise, programs and goals of the Office of the Project Manager, Mines, Countermines, and Demolitions, (PM-MCD)by implementing a Marketing Action Plan. This action is a follow-on effort to a previously awarded contract. The Government intends to award this potential Purchase Order to Duffey Communications, Atlanta, GA 30326.
