Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for custodial services for five (5) buildings at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Main Section, Washington, D.C., and fourteen (14) buildings at Forest Glen Section, Silver Spring, Maryland. This requirement will be set aside as a 100% Hubzone set-aside and awarded as an award term contract. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained from the Federal Acquisition Network (FACNET). Information about the FACNET/EDI process and how to pull down the solicitation may be obtained by contacting the Electric Commerce Office at 1-800-EDI-3414. No hard copies of this solicitation will be furnished. Contractors who are bidding on this requirement must have their technical proposals (hard copy) to the Contracting Officer by the date and time indicated in the solicitation. All technical proposals will be sent to the MEDCOM Contracting Center North Atlantic, Attn: Renita Smith, Bldg. T-20, First Floor, Room 2, 6900 Georgia Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20307-5000. All cost information MUST be submitted via the EDI. Contractors who fail to submit cost information via EDI will be ineligible for award. Anticipated date of issue is 11 Jun 01.
