Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Airpower Aviation Resources Inc, 702 Paeso Vista, Thousand Oaks, CA on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase demonstration flights in a unique aircraft -- C47. These training flights are scheduled in a short timeframe. The availability of this aircraft in a short notice is a high priority. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Airpower Aviation Resources. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
