The USDA agencies of the Natural Resources COnservation Service, Farm Service Agency, and Rural Development have offices in almost every county in Colorado (and every state). USDA does not own these buildings; instead, we solicit for offers to get private enterprises to either build us buildings or alter existing buildings to meet our requirements.
