Description

This project consists of the cleaning and painting of the exterior windows on the courtyard side of the Boott Cotton Mills Museum, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. The project includes scraping, replacing broken panes, cleaning, and painting the exterior windows on the top three floors (three, four, and five) of the building, including the stair tower windows. Estimated issue date is May 9, 2001. Estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is subject to P.L. 100-656, and is subject to full and open competition.
