PRON: AX148972AX, NSN: 5315-01-158-2989, APN: 7-211670101, Quantity: Minimum -- 668 each, Maximum -- 3340 each, 5-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This action is applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. Delivery is F.O.B. destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. This item is restricted to the approved sources, Shur-Lok Corporation, 2541 White Rd., P.O. Box 19584, Irvine, CA 92614, Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, 3423 S. Garfield Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90040-3103, Avibank Mfg, Inc., 210 S. Victory Blvd., P.O. Box 391, Burbank, CA 91503 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, DBA McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, 5000 E. McDowell Rd., Meza, AZ 85215-9797. Required initial delivery without first article is 366 each 150 days after contract award (DACA)and 302 each month thereafter until contract completion. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.Redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
