Description

This notice is provided on a sole source basis, with an intent to award a firm fixed price order with Ortho Pharmaceuticals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitute the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, number N00295-01-T-0030 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-24. Items to be acquired: Item 0001: ORTHO-TRICYCLEN (ETHINYL ESTRADIOL 35mcg) 6X28, 144 CYCLE/CASE. Quantity:48 Cases. Delivery Free On Board (FOB) Point: Destination to Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA 92134. Delivery date: 10 MAY 01. This acquisitions incorporate the following FAR Clauses:, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-36, and DFARS 252.204-7004 (Required Central Contractor Registration, Mar 1989). All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
