THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids or Request for Proposal, nor a Request for Quote. The Contracting Officer is soliciting potential sources to provide a Waverleyglen (or equal) overhead patient lift system meeting the following requirements (1)pneumatic non-electric hand control (2)low voltage(24VDC) traverse and lift motors (3)built in UL certified battery charger that easily charges motors when not in use (4)overhead ceiling mount (5)8' vertical reach (6)push button emergency lowering system (7)manual and power traversing (8)over speed safety governor (9)minimum 400 pound lift capacity (10)low noise operation (11)multiple axis tracking (12)portable lift unit (13)changeable lift slings. The NAICS code is 421450 and the size standard is 100 employees.
