Description

National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to award a sole-source procurement to Todd Video Network Management Inc for software, maintenance, and associated training. Authority for sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Todd Video Network Management and no solicitation shall be issued. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. ADDITIONAL ADMIN LICENSES: ADL4.0-5; Item 0003: 1 EA. ADDITIONAL CONCURRENT WEB USER LICENSE: CUL4.0-5; Item 0004: 1 EA. DEVICE AUTOMATION LICENSES: VTEL SMARTLINK MCU, SML4.0-02; Item 0005: 1 EA. TC RELIANCE INSTALLATION: INS4.0-05; Item 0006: 1 EA. TC RELIANCE MAINTENANCE: MTN4.0-02; Item 0007: 1 EA. TC RELIANCE SCHEDULING CERTIFICATION TRAINING: SCC4.0-MPLS (1 PERSON); Item 0008: 1 EA. TC RELIANCE ADMINISTRATION CERTIFICATION TRAINING: ADC4.0-MPLS (1 PERSON). Support period: one year maintenance starting 90 days after s/w delivery. Offerors agree to hold the prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is NMA100-01-Q-0017 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24 and Defense FAR Supplement 91-13. Delivery is expected to be FOB destination to NIMA, Bethesda, MD, within 30 days after award of contract. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction for Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Interested parties shall submit offers which include the 11 items outlined in FAR 52.212-1(b). Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical acceptability and price. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offer whose price is lowest. Offers are to include a commercial price list, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items, and the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with the offer. In accordance with provision at 252.204-7001, Cage Code Reporting, Offeror is to provide CAGE code with the offer.
