Description

J-Availability dates 24 Sept 01 thru 19 Oct 01. Vessel is 186'6" long, 40 ' wide, 1,187 tons full, 1,070 tons light. Work Scope: Drydocking and misc repairs. Annual ABS hull survey DC motor overhaul. Solicitation area, place of performance, pick up and delivery who's responsible, contract dates, is it Best Value and anything else you want the contractors to be aware of. Then type the following: Sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement DFAR (217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not, possess an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the navy to perform an assessment of their MSR application to execute the ABR/MSRA without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
