Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to modify an existing Delivery Order under BOA N68335-00-G-0255 on a sole source basis with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for a standoff type II LASER sensor to the FLASHJET Coating Removal Mobile Manipulator System at NADEP Jacksonville. The required procurement is in support of the T-45 Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawing or specification the FLASHJET System or it's applications. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. SEE NUMBER Notes 22
