Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source advisory and assistance contract to Robert L. Kraft, Inc. of 5804 84th Avenue, New Carrollton, Maryland, 20784. Mr. Kraft shall provide advisory and assistant services to the Division of Corporation Finance regarding technical knowledge and expertise in the ongoing programming and conversion of the division's management information system (FACTS); provide technical support to computer specialists in the Office of EDGAR and Information Analysis on Advanced Revelation, the database management system on which FACTS was developed; and also provide technical expertise in redesigning the FACTS system from Advanced Revelation to a Sybase environment in order to achieve integration with EDGAR.
