Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Insight Technology, Inc., for 30 each Infrared Illuminator/Aimer, AN/PEQ-2A, Part No. ITP-500C, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See CBD Note 22 -- 45 days is changed to read 10 days.
