Description

This requirement is for meals, lodging and conference room facilities for a youth leadership forum conference to be held 12 thru 20 July, 2001 in the Syria, Virginia area. We will need approximately 38 rooms, approximately 100 guests (3 teens and 2 adults per room), 3 meals per day, snacks/beverages during the conference day, horse back riding, hayride, campfire night, ice cream social, and an office area.
