Description

Design and Construction of a seven (7) Operatories Modular Dental Clinic at Eagle Butte, South Dakota on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, Dewey County, South Dakota. This will be a fixed-price contract. Duration of the contract will be one-hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. IFB No. 241-01-BI-3482 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation package. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation adn resultant contract.
