Description

The contractor shall remove existing and provide new walls, doors and frames, acoustical ceiling tiles, and carpeting. The work includes plumbing and electrical modifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NCAIS)is 233310. The size standard is $17.0. The estimated cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price construction type contract. The procurement will be obtained utilizing Simplified Acquistion Procedures (SAP). This solicitation is unrestricted, open to large and small business concerns. The period of performance is 30 days after contract award. The solicitation (specification/drawings) will be limited to the electronic medium; they will not be provided in a paper hard copy format or CD Rom. The address for downloading this solicitation from the internet is http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Registration and downloading from the internet is free of charge; however, some specifications may take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective quoters are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this procurement when specifications become available.
