Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the installation of new electrical utilities including underground ducts, handholes, power panel, exterior lighting, 600v cable, and communication ducts and incidental related work at the Marine Corps Compound located at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, PA. It is the Government's intention to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing Formal Sealed Bidding Procedures. The performance period is 120 calendar days after notice of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235310, Electrical Contractors. The size standard is $7.0 million. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The estimated price range is between $100,000 -- $500,000. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)7, availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package WILL NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM. All prospective bidders are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this procurement WHEN specifications become available.
