Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Det. Bremerton, WA requires various Pentek Digital Signal Processing Equipment. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $50,000. The period of performance will be from date of contract award through one year thereafter. Four each one year option years may be included. To be procured in accordance with commercial acquistion procedures persuant to FAR Part 12. To be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) with Pentek, Inc. Upper Saddle River, NJ as implemented by FAR 6.302.1 (Note 22 applies). This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in a Microsoft Officer '97 or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf), and will reside on the World Wide Web server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the Navy electronic commerce page is http://www.neco.navy.mil Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government will not maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments.
