Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document (NMA30101T0002) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. Item 0001 -- 36.7GB Cheetah Ultra 160 SCSI10K RPM 3.5LP Hard Drive, Seagate Mfr Part # ST336704LCV for a quantity of (220). This item is required immediately and award will be based upon delivery and price. Quote must include the delivery time and warranty period. Delivery and acceptance will be made to NIMA/IS/SCI Consolidation Program, 1200 1st Street, S.E., Building 213, Washington, DC. 20505-0001. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, paragraph a) the evaluation factors are specifications, delivery and price.
