Description

Under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System intends to purchase a DVI Digital Voice Dictation and STAT Report Maxima M2 system from Dolbey and Company, 7164 Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45230. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business May 4, 2001 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
