Description

Description: This is a notification of intent to procure ELIXIR software maintenance support. The Elixir AppBuilder for AFP is an application development tool that allows you to generate PPFA Pagedefs and Formedefs without coding and supports the placement of variable data on single and multiple page documents. View the combined variable and static data with the proofing window. The contractor shall be responsible for software license maintenance agreements and maintenance support, upgrades to software license and OSM-sponsored changes. The software is located at 12 different sites. Each software product is licensed by site and by CPU. Sources responding to this notice must be capable of providing the total requirement set forth in this announcement. Oral communications are not acceptable and will not be considered. Interested contractors may submit written response within 15 days after publication of this notice to the Internal Revenue Service/Constellation Centre, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Suite 700 M:P:I:D, Attn.
