Description

The previously modified 27 DEC 2000 CBDNet notice (W-362 SN509751) is further modified as follows: (1)The solicitation is posted to the NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil) website. (2) All cranes must be removed within 45 days of contract award. (3) Evaluation factors include Technical, Past Performance, and Price, as further described in the solicitation. (5) The content of proposals (and contractor submittals) is described in the solicitation. (6) The solicitation includes important deadlines, such as the Wed 02 May 2001 deadline for requests to attend the single site visit on Fri 04 May 2001. (7) The solicitation and 11 solicitation attachments posted at the NECO website are "ZIPPED" and require previous installation of the WINZIP utility, available free from many websites (e.g., http://www.winzip.com/ddchomea.htm). (8) Some of the solicitation attachments are in "PDF" format and can only be viewed if the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html) is previously installed. (9) Photography is prohibited at the site visit. Photographs of the cranes (also "ZIPPED") are posted at http://www.puget.fisc.navy.mil/Contracting/CranePhotos/Cranes.htm . All other information in the previously modified notice remains unchanged.
