Description

The Program Support Center, on behalf of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition to the National Association of Mental Health Planning and Advisory Councils (NAMHPAC), Alexandria, VA. The purpose of this requirement is to train planning and advisory council members. The Contractor will conduct two training sessions for members, one in Baltimore and one in Orlando. This project shall make knowledge about mental health services, financing and Medicaid available to state planning and advisory council members to aid their planning and advisory functions in preparing the State mental health services plan. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. No solicitation will issued.
