Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service in Pensacola, FL. Beginning June 1, 2001 and ending May 31, 2002 with 2 option years. Assumed area of production within a 75-mile radius of Pensacola, FL. Quality level III required. These specifications cover the production of a newsletter requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including 4-color process), binding, labeling, and distribution. Orders will be required monthly. Approximately 9,700 copies per order; approximately 8 pages per order. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". Camera copy, photoprints, and electronic media will be furnished. Stock is White Laid-Finish Book, 70#, equal to JCP Code A250. All issues print head-to-head in black ink and at least one additional color of ink on most pages; however, approximately 3 pages will print in 4-color process. Trim three sides, insert as necessary. No stitching. Drill three holes on the left side. Approximately 7,100 copies will require an additional fold to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" with a wafer tab on the 8-1/2" side. Delier f.o.b. destination to Pensacola, FL. Complete production and delivery within 8 workdays.
