Description

Amendment 001 for Solicitation Number TIRNO-01-Q-TEJ15 is hereby issued to change the basis for award from lowest price to the government to price and other factors. The following criteria shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Demonstrated experience in speaking to senior executives and senior technical personnel. (2) Demonstrated ability, and the sufficient lesson material, to speak on the topic for four hours and use a variety of audience interaction techniques. (3) Offerors shall be available to conduct this seminar on June 5, 2001, in Dallas, TX, June 19, 2001, in San Francisco, CA and June 21, 2001 in Long Beach, CA. Quotes are due April 24, 2001. All other terms and conditions of Solicitation number TIRNO-01-Q-TEJ15 remains unchanged.
