NSN: Pron: AX1J5002AX, NSN: 1615-00-472-7308, PN: 204-011-702-15, Quantity 250 each with 100% option exercisable for 2 years, applicable to UH-1 Airframe Unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The approved source is Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (97499). The required delivery when First Article is applicable is 250 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 268 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when First Article is not required is 250 each 280 Days After Contract Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
