NSN 1680-01-108-3005, YPG00340002218, Sidewinder Relay Assembly Panel. 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Basic plus four (4) Option years. Critical Application Item, Configuration Control, Government Mylars Applies. First Article/ Preproduction Approval required by Government Testing. Sample Size is 1 each. Testing shall consist of verification of conformance to the specified drawings and specifications, and may include a form, fit, and function on the next higher assembly (aircraft). End Item Application: F-4. Delivery with FAT is 380 DARO. Delivery without FAT is 240 DARO. Guaranteed Minimum Basic Year: 35 Each. Guaranteed Minimum Option Years 1-4: 11 Each.
