The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The required delivery when first article is due is 45 each 360 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery is 45 each 240 Days After Contract Award without First Article. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
