FAILURE TO REGISTER RENDERS A CONTRACTOR INELIGABLE FOR AWARD.** Register @ www.ccr2000.com All information pertaining to this acquisition can be found at www.eps.gov Remove and Replace the existing Auques Film Foaming Foam (AFFF) Bladder and install new AFFF in building 283: This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. OFFERORS MUST INCLUDE WITH THEIR PROPOSALS A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISION AT 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS. This solicitation (F26600-01-Q-A027) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23 and the Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421850, size standard 100. The item description is as follows: Non-personnel Service to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, other items necessary to remove the six hundred (600) gallon internal bladder from the AFFF reservoir tank of the fire suppression system and install a new six hundred (600) gallon bladder, refill the reservoir tank, and test per manufacturer_s instruction. Price quotes shall be submitted by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific), 8 May 01 to 99th Contracting Squadron, 5865 Swaab Blvd. Nellis AFB, NV 89191, attention SSgt Michael Bumpus.
