Description

The purpose of this requirement is to replace the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. The current system is listed as follows: (6) EPE (now MGE) Technologies System 4000 UPS 300KVA; (1) MGE parallel cabinet; (1)MGE maintenance bypass cabinet. The MGE System 4000 is a 300KVA/240KW UPS system excepting 480v, 60hz input and producting 480/277v, 60hz output. The system has alarms on each of the 6 units. In addition, there is a remote enuciator panel located in the operator's console area, which displays error conditions. The remote monitoring capability operates through the Data Trax monitoring system. The NDC electrical system supports the data center and network environments and is a key element in the reliability of the data center. The proposed requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
