WON-Door Corporation DuraSound 43 Single Parting Acoustical Partition Doors in the following sizes and quantities: 1 Each @ 17-11"x8'-11"; 1 Each @ 18'-2"x8'-11"; 1 Each @ 22'-8"x8'-11"; 2 Each @ 20'-10"x8'-11"; 1 Each @ 18'-5"x8'-11"; 2 Each @ 18'-1"x8'-11"; and WON Door DuraFlex Single Parting Acoustical Partition Door, 1 Each @ 5'-0" x 3'-9.5. FOB Destination at Hill Air Force Base UT 84056. Prices must include removal and legal disposal of old doors and installation of new doors. Time is of the essence. Request written quotation. Identify best reasonable completion schedule. All required information must be received on or before 04 May 01 at 4:30 pm Mountain Standard Time. The intended source is Won-Door Corporation. They installed the existing doors. Replacement doors must match the dcor of he chapel and interface with previously installed tracks. The anticipated award date is 07 May 01. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this purchase is 332323. The size standard is 500. This Solicitation is a Request For Quote, number F42650-01-Q-0056. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This purchase isn't set aside. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (i), technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, (ii), price, and (iii), past performance (see FAR 15.304). All evaluation factors are approximately equal to cost or price. Include a completed coy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your quote. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
