Description

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and parts for maintenance and repair services of sprinkler systems within approximately forty-six (46) buildings located at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). The contract shall be for one base year and four option years. The Government intends to have only one site inspection. The date of this inspection will be announced with the solicitation package.
