Description

17. Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, training and documentation to provide Paramedic Services to respond to requests for emergency medical services, provide patient treatment, and stabilization as required for the 5th Medical Group, Minot Air Force Base, ND for the period of 1 June 2001 through 31 May 2002, with four one-year options. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. For purposes of this procurement the small business standard is $5.0 million in total revenues (FAR 19.102). The NAIC Code is 621399. The basis for award will be made on performance price tradeoff, with past performance being more important than price. This solicitation will be posted to the EPS System. EPS website is www.eps.gov. It will be the offeror_s sole responsibility to periodically check for any solicitation amendments and ensure all amendments are acknowledged with proposal submission.
