Correction, GS-08P-01-JBC-0032 is changed to GS-08P-01-JBD-0032,Presolicitation notice for IDIQ Construction, maintenance, repair and alteration of various buildings in the Denver metro area. NAICS code 233320. The performance period is a basic and two options, firm fixed price, minimum contract amount is $50,000, maximum amount is 3,000,000 per year. Individual delivery orders may vary in size and complexity. More than one contract may be awarded at the descretion of the contracting officer. Contractor's will be required to furnish alll materials (unless Government Furnished)equipment, and personnel necessary to manage accomplish tasks. This is a total small business set- aside.
