For copies of RFQ solicitations, contact the buyer" This solicitation will be posted to the Gateway and the following information applies: "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
