Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with Carl Zeiss, on other than full and open competitive basis, for a set of three small test (manufactured) diffraction gratings and process optimization. Sole Source based on state of the art development and unique capability of Carl Zeiss to coat gratings. "See Note(s) 22."
