Description

This synopsis supercedes Commerce Business Dailey announcement 50G974 of 21 March 2001 previously released to seek information from interested sources for the AN/ARC-210 Program and is being released to correct the response time. The original response time to the synopsis was 90 days and interested sources were to contact NAVAIR within 30 days to access the AN/ARC-210 data library. To date, no sources have requested access to the library (its data is an integral part in responding to the synopsis) and NAVAIR believes this is an indication that there are no interested parties other than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). To wait the full 90 days could cause a serious schedule impact to the AN/ARC-210 program. In order to avoid needless delays in the procurement process, the response date will be considered closed as of 30 April 2001 and NAVAIR will pursue a sole source procurement with the OEM. That procurement will be synopsized at later date.
