Description

MCLB Albany intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Sensis Corporation for supply of various components of the TPS 59 Radar. The Government does not have a suitable Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. The following National Stock Number (NSN) items apply: 5998-01-437-5413, CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY; 6130-01-437-6668, POWER SUPPLY; 7025-01-437-4970, DISK DRIVE UNIT; 7025-01-438-1697, CPU MODULE. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3679, size standard is 500 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement which will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
