Description

MCLB Albany intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Lockheed Martin Corporation for supply of various components of the TPS 59 Radar. The Government does not have a suitable Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. The following National Stock Number (NSN) items apply: 5998-01-438-4446, MODULE, PROCESSING VECTOR; 5999-01-232-5239; 5998-01-437-4718; 5998-01-437-4692; 5998-01-437-4650 and 5998-01-437-4648; CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY; 5998-01-438-4440, MODULE, CONTROL; 6130-01-438-1596, POWER SUPPLY; 3010-01-154-9632, GEAR ASSEMBLY, AZIMUTH; 6110-01-234-2137, REGULATOR, VOLTAGE; 5915-01-122-1239, FILTER, RADIO FREQUENCY. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3679, size standard is 500 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement which will be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
